It is snowing today. Earlier when J. and I were getting groceries, mainly to make sure that we and the animals had food in case we were snowed in, it was slushing. Very exciting. But this, real snow. I went out and took pictures, and when I came back in it started snowing even harder. Everything is white now.
Here is when it was first starting to really snow.
Here is after it had snowed a while, it stopped snowing while I took these pictures.
My footprints in the snow.
Snow on a hemlock branch.
Snow on a Douglas-fir branch.
The slushy pond, not frozen over yet but close.
The woods in the back yard.
Ari, I would love to live in a beautiful environment like you live in. I am stuck in a subdivision for right now and am very unhappy with the arrangement. I'm hoping to live out in a very rural area within this year. Your photography is beautiful.
